This bright and cozy smaller 1.5 room apartment (23 sqm) is located on the 2nd floor on the left and is very popular with single persons with max. 1 child and 2 persons who wish to have separate single beds. Despite the lack of a balcony, it exudes a special coziness. You enter directly into the living room with a TV (cable TV), as well as a fast internet connection (WiFI) and a small single kitchenette and a small dining table for 1-2 people. The single kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and the following appliances: sink, stove, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, egg stove, coffee machine and kettle. If required, a microwave and oven can be used in the larger shared kitchen on the ground floor.

The bed is located in a separate adjoining room with a washbasin, from which the small shower room/WC is also accessible. A small built-in wardrobe offers additional storage space for your own belongings.
