There is a separate TV room on the upper floor, also with air conditioning. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned, two bathrooms with showers, one of which also has a bathtub, round off the timelessly modern furnishings of Casa Vida. The air-conditioned and heated holiday home is perfect both in summer and in the mild winter. It is also ideal for a home office. With a pretty patio and pool as well as a roof terrace, the fantastic townhouse Casa Vida offers a private gem in the centre of the medieval town of Artà in the east of the island.
