The villa "Can Verano" is a stunning holiday home on a peaceful 14,000 m² plot bordering the Llevant nature reserve in the north-east of Mallorca.

The living room with fireplace, flat screen TV and stereo provides a cosy spot to relax and the fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area offer flexibility for mealtimes. It has three beautifully appointed, air-conditioned bedrooms, two with large double beds, including a master suite with direct access to the pool and two luxurious bathrooms.
Villa "Can Verano" is situated in a peaceful location in the hilly countryside between Artà and the stunning bay of Cala Torta. This bay of fine sand is only a 15-minute drive away and you are also within a 10-minute drive of seven other sandy beaches. In the nearby medieval town of Artà there are plenty of shopping opportunities, where there are numerous lovely cafés, bars, restaurants and boutiques, and every Tuesday is market day in the Plaça del Conquerodor.
Please note that no youth groups or stag or hen parties are accepted at this property. A youth group at this property consists of people under the age of 25. Do not book this accommodation if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party as your booking will be refused after booking, which may be upon arrival at the accommodation or during your stay and you will not receive a refund.
