Surrounded by greenery, Villa Can Carboneta with its rural character welcomes you at the door with colourful flowers, palm trees and cacti. However, the villa not only impresses with its soothing natural surroundings and stunning views of the Artà mountain landscape, but also with its absolute privacy. Here you have the opportunity to simply switch off and enjoy the cosy warmth of the Mallorcan sun completely undisturbed in beautiful surroundings. The 7 x 4 metre private pool is located in the middle of a huge garden, about 20 metres from the villa. Perfect for families, children or teenagers can splash around to their heart's content, while others can simply escape from everyday life in the peace and quiet outside the villa. You can also relax on one of the sun loungers on the sun terrace right next to the pool. If it gets too hot for you, the cool blue Mediterranean water is just a stone's throw away. After a few hours in the sun, perhaps you need a break in the shade? You can cosy up on the covered terrace in front of the house with a newspaper or an ice-cold drink. You can also surprise your fellow guests with a delicious culinary feast prepared in the villa's typical Mediterranean outdoor kitchen.

On the ground floor of Can Carboneta you will find the communal areas such as the kitchen and the living/dining area. The large, traditionally furnished kitchen is perfect for cooking together; there is space to help with the preparations. But keep an eye out for those with a sweet tooth: The festive atmosphere makes it easy to nibble here and there! When the food is ready, all the renowned chefs can gather in the rustic dining area and enjoy a hearty meal. How about spending the evening in front of the TV with the fire crackling? The all-round cosy living area is perfect for a get-together with the whole family. As you climb the stairs, you will be greeted by a cosy little sitting area on the first floor of the villa. From here you can access the two bedrooms in the house. One room is perfect for parents and has a giant bed (220 x 200 cm) and a small TV cabinet. The second room with two single beds offers a retreat for children, teenagers or friends, decorated with beautiful furniture. The bathroom is also comfortable: you can choose between a shower or a bath and there are even two washbasins so you don't have to queue to wash your hands before dinner! Think you've seen it all? You're wrong! The first floor hides two more highlights of the villa two beautiful roof terraces from which you can enjoy the breathtaking view from a different angle.

Although the views from the terraces are breathtaking, there is so much more to see and do in this spectacular region, with something for everyone. Why not go on an adventure along the many coastal paths to the incredible coves or marvel at the breathtaking mountain scenery? For romantics, Mallorca has a very special gem to offer: the Cuevas de Artà, a magical network of stalactite caves just 11 kilometres away. If you want to take a lively stroll along the promenade or indulge in musical rhythms, a detour to the famous coastal town of Cala Ratjada is a good idea. The best way to get there is via the Ma-15, which can be heard from the villa depending on the wind direction. Feel the fine white sand between your toes on one of the paradisiacal beaches such as Canyamel and Son Serra de Marina and let yourself drift on the gentle waves in the sea. There are also places that can be reached on foot: The typical small holiday resort of Artà not only has the essentials such as a supermarket and a bakery; a particular highlight is the weekly market with its tempting stalls, which invites you to go on an exciting shopping spree.

The rustic Villa Can Carboneta is located near the diverse town of Artà in a marvellous rural location on the beautiful east coast of Mallorca. The incredible surrounding countryside is perfect for walking and hiking. The resort is also within walking distance. Not only is there everything for daily needs, but there are also numerous recommended cafés and restaurants. Many popular beaches such as Canyamel or Son Serra de Marina are just a short drive away.
