The beautifully tiled pool is accessible via a staircase and has a raised whirlpool which invites you to relax. Sun worshippers can relax on comfortable sun loungers and lush stone steps lead from the pool terrace to the villa. The large, partially covered terrace is perfect for al fresco dining and offers you the opportunity to enjoy breathtaking views while sharing meals. A garage is available for your hire car.
Inside the stylish villa, there is a spacious living room with an open fireplace, while the adjoining dining area invites you to enjoy your meals. The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances and a dining table. Six double bedrooms offer a relaxing retreat, complemented by six modern bathrooms. The bedrooms on the upper floor have balconies with picturesque views, making this villa ideal for relaxing and unwinding.
"Can Biel is a stone villa in a quiet hillside location around 3 km from Artà, the "artist town of the island with a great weekly market as well as several supermarkets and good restaurants. The harbour of Cala Ratjada with its beautiful promenade is 20 minutes away by car. There you will find some great bars and restaurants as well as numerous places where you can do your daily shopping. There are four golf courses close to the villa, some of which are only 5 minutes away by car.
