Welcome to the antique Villa Es Lladone, located near the town of Porreres in the southern part of the island. The easily accessible house is located directly on a main road and stands on a very large plot. The house, the garden terrace and the pool are south-facing. The entire outdoor area with pool is surrounded by many trees to provide privacy. The pool area is set on a hill and can be reached via a few steps. There is a lovely terrace around the pool where you can sunbathe. In addition to 4 sun loungers, there is also a parasol, but you can also relax in the natural shade of the trees. On the covered terrace by the house you can gather for a meal or an entertaining evening and enjoy the barbecue on the modern seating with steel mesh furniture. As the walled barbecue is located directly on the terrace, you can enjoy your meals here together.

A double-winged door leads you into the clean and well-kept interior of the authentic stone villa, where you are greeted by an open-plan living area. The cosy living area with fireplace is only separated from the kitchen area with dining area by the staircase to the second floor. Exposed wooden beams and an unusual ceiling with typical Mallorcan stoneware tiles as well as a few antique wall lamps enhance the pleasantly rustic atmosphere of the house. The fully equipped kitchen area is furnished with a harmonising country-style wooden kitchen. In the centre is a dining table with wooden chairs upholstered in fine leather. On the ground floor there is a very large bedroom with an antique 1.50 metre bedstead and refurbished furniture as well as an inviting chair in the same style. There is also a modern, brightly tiled bathroom with shower on this level. The staircase in the living room leads to the top floor of the traditional villa, where there are two further bedrooms and a modern bathroom with an elegant tiled border. Both bedrooms have cosy, sloping ceilings and are each furnished with two single beds with antique wooden bed frames. One of the double bedrooms leads onto a stunning sunny balcony with additional seating and a parasol to provide shade. You can enjoy a marvellous view of the countryside and the nearby town. Thanks to the alarm system installed in the villa, you can feel completely safe at all times.
The inviting Villa Es Lladoner with its typical Mallorcan flair is located just 5 minutes by car from the friendly town of Porreres. In this agricultural region, you can enjoy the rural charm of the island in the middle of the Plà de Mallorca. As you can reach the easily audible main road quickly and comfortably, the nearby towns such as Campos and Felanitx are very easy to reach, which is why you should plan long shopping trips, for example to the leather town of Campos, with several power points. The popular natural beach Es Trenc with its dune landscape can also be reached in a short time. Porreres itself in the southern part of the island has a breathtaking beauty far away from mass tourism and represents the idyllic and peaceful side of Mallorca. On Tuesdays, the locals meet at the market, where you can buy fruit, vegetables, household goods and clothes. The Porreres region is known for its particularly flavoursome apricots and excellent wine. This is best enjoyed in the evening at the end of a full day on the beach or after returning to your holiday villa from a shopping trip, which we definitely recommend.
