The extraordinary Villa Mil Flores welcomes its guests via a spacious driveway and a beautiful entrance that leads past an oleander hedge. The excellently maintained and spacious outdoor area is strikingly lush with Mediterranean plants. Lawns and terraces, niches and small paths enrich the picture and invite you to linger and relax. The house is bordered by rows of cypress trees, so that both the garden and the pool remain completely out of sight and you have an all-round pleasant feeling of privacy. Modern pool loungers and chilled outdoor furniture offer a variety of options for a comfortable stay in the open air. Various covered areas provide wonderfully windy spots in the shade, and there are also two parasols to protect you from excessive UV radiation. From the living room, you have access to a covered terrace that runs around half of the house and offers a view of the enchanting garden. On the other side of the house, an exit leads to another covered terrace towards the pool. With a total of 30 outdoor seating areas, you'll have plenty of opportunity to find a picturesque spot to relax in style, and you can look for a new favourite spot every day. The palm-lined L-shaped pool can certainly be described as impressive with its dimensions of 12 x 6 metres; it has a spacious and wide staircase. If you wish, you can enjoy a freshly tapped beer or a cool glass of water from the in-house water dispenser (20 litres) at your own pool bar. The professional equipment with barbecue, fridge and beer dispenser leaves nothing to be desired. As a special gift, in addition to the usual welcome surprise (fruit basket, wine, a few little things), guests receive a tasty, cool beer keg (30 litres) on the house, placed directly in the pool bar - everything was set up for you so that you can tap an ice-cold beer yourself. For the little holiday guests there are toys and equipment in the garden, but also for the grown-ups there is a varied leisure offer. A table tennis table and a table football table are available in the covered terrace area Inside, a pool/billiards room awaits you. The barbecue invites you to organise culinary barbecues on warm evenings, to celebrate in convivial company and to bring a fulfilling day's holiday to a pleasant close. In order to protect the special features of this villa and preserve them for many guests to come, the pool house and pool/billiard room can only be used in winter by prior arrangement with the landlord. The beer tap is dismantled during this time for proper maintenance and servicing and is therefore not available.
The house was designed with high-quality materials and fitted with real wood parquet throughout. Aesthetic wall coverings with impressive marbling and various shades of colour underline the elegant atmosphere. Decorative installation work, modern bathrooms and skilfully applied decorations harmoniously round off the flair. The attractive living room with cosy seating area, fireplace and flat-screen satellite TV invites you to relax in style. Here you can immerse yourself in a book or magazine, engage in an intense conversation or be entertained by an appealing film on TV. This room is air-conditioned, as are the kitchen and the bedroom on the ground floor. From the living room, you also have access to the dining area, which is adjacent to the kitchen.
Up to eight people can enjoy a wonderful culinary experience in here. In the modern kitchen, which is equipped with high-quality appliances, you will find another small dining area where you can enjoy your meals in smaller groups. A kettle and coffee machine make it easy to prepare hot drinks. On the ground floor there is a beautiful bedroom with a view of the pool and garden. There is also an attractive bathroom on this floor with natural stone ornaments, a shower and a washbasin. On the upper floor, which can be reached via a beautiful wooden staircase, there are three further bedrooms, a roof terrace and two bathrooms. Guests are provided with comfortable beds measuring 1.50 x 1.90 metres and mosquito nets if required. The master bedroom has a stylish bathroom with shower, whirlpool bath and double washbasin. On the small roof terrace you can enjoy a marvellous view that extends from the entire property to the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains.
This holiday home is an ideal base for exploring the impressive northern coastal and mountain regions of Mallorca. In Inca, for example, you can enjoy a lively atmosphere. This town is particularly known for the local leather industry, where shoes from the popular Camper brand are produced. Inca's typical cellar restaurants are full of huge wine barrels and are the perfect place to sample typical Mallorcan dishes and regional wines. In the town of Sineu, around 7 kilometres away, there is a beautiful market square with cafés and inviting restaurants. Road noise from a country road over 120 metres away as the crow flies can be heard depending on the wind direction. The beautiful bay of Alcúdia and its 15 km long fine white sandy beach can be easily reached by car in just 20 minutes. Finally, it is worth mentioning that Villa Mil Flores is also ideal for a winter holiday due to its facilities. The beautiful Villa Mil Flores is located in the centre of the island, just 4 km south-east of Inca. In Inca there are several quaint cellar bars and restaurants as well as a market every Thursday, which is definitely worth a visit. Due to its location in the centre of the island, you can quickly reach many of Mallorca's beaches, especially the long bay of Alcúdia.
