After a pleasant drive on the fully tarmac roads, you will reach the hospitable Villa Sa Rapita. The property was developed in 2012 (renovated in 2017!) and built in a flat bungalow style. The house and garden, including the saltwater pool, are south-facing. A spacious lawn surrounds the sunny building and provides ample space for children to play. The refreshing swimming pool has a wide and convenient step entrance at the end. Young trees and numerous palm trees are scattered around the well-kept outdoor area. The spacious L-shaped terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the beautiful gardens is completely covered and offers high-quality, cool wicker furniture that matches the dining areas designed in a similar style - an ideal place to enjoy a drink or, of course, for a relaxed, shared barbecue. At the same time, you can relax here and keep an eye on your children, who can move around freely in the garden. In the evening, the outdoor fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. The cosy veranda has numerous ground-level entrances to the interior of the trendy villa, ensuring a light-flooded interior. This enables a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.

Directly behind the spacious terrace is the huge living and dining area with an extremely inviting sofa in front of the see-through fireplace, which creates a particularly rustic ambience against the rustic stone wall. In addition, the softly textured walls are kept in bright white and there are recessed spotlights in the ceiling, which form a particularly aesthetic contrast to the large grey-coloured floor tiles. The dining area with a wooden table and comfortable upholstered chairs matches the stylish furnishings. The Mallorcan building tradition is also honoured, as the door arches leading to the other rooms are clad in sandstone. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and pleasantly large, and there is even space for another attractive dining area. As an external wall has been replaced by a large window, additional light enters the room directly from there and the room also has direct access to the outside. Exclusively fitted with white and vanilla-coloured fitted kitchen units set against an elegant stone wall, the kitchen is impressively and comfortably equipped, which is exactly what you would imagine when choosing to self-cater, and the quality could hardly be better. Three spacious, individually styled bedrooms, each with a standard king-size bed for a restful night's sleep; a cot is provided for a baby. To match, there are three absolutely chic bathrooms, designed with elegant tiles and fittings. They each have a walk-in shower, and there is also a bathroom with a large bathtub and bidet.

The south of Mallorca is characterised by its pleasant and relaxing rustic atmosphere on the one hand and its proximity to the coast on the other, which makes the climate in this region particularly pleasant. The name of the charming country house Sa Rapita is a tribute to the village of the same name. Thanks to its proximity to the audible road that leads from Campos to Sa Rapita, you can reach the coastal town and its great restaurants in just a few minutes. You can also reach Campos just as quickly, where the shopping facilities are excellent. The central location enables quick trips to the popular beaches on the south coast, such as the 300 metre long Ses Covetes beach with its impeccable infrastructure. The natural bay of Es Trenc with its extensive dunes, azure blue water, fantastic waves and beautiful, wide sandy beach is rightly known as the Caribbean of the Balearic island and is also an ideal destination for nudists. End the day with a relaxed barbecue and a glass of wine matured under the Mallorcan sun in the charming Villa Sa Rapita. The staff at Fincallorca wish you and your family and friends a relaxing time in this highly recommended holiday home. Sa Rapita is a new and very welcoming villa in the beautiful countryside near the town, which is only a short drive away. There you can shop at the market on Wednesdays or in the supermarkets. For more extensive shopping trips, the famous leather metropolis of Campos is only 10 minutes away. The beautiful natural beaches in the south, such as Ses Covetes or Es Trenc, are also only approx. 1,400 metres from the finca.

Please note that this accommodation does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 25 years or younger. Do not book this accommodation if you are a youth group or stag party group as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be the case on arrival at the accommodation or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund.
