Let yourself be charmed by the discovery of the sources of the Canal du Midi and by the summer freshness of the Black Mountain, dotted with forests and picturesque hiking trails. In summer, enjoy refreshing swims at Lake Lampy, and in autumn, go mushroom picking. The region is full of lakes and fascinating historical sites (Sorèze, Durfort, Castres, Lautrec, Albi...), promising rejuvenating and enriching holidays. Le Moulin Bas is an invitation to relaxation and exploration.
This spacious 140 m² cottage, completely independent, can accommodate up to 6 people and has 3 comfortable bedrooms. It combines rustic charm with modern amenities.
On the ground floor, a large cozy living room with a stove invites you to relax. The large equipped kitchen is perfect for gourmet breaks, with a view of the beautiful dining room with a large table and old-world character. A bathroom completes this floor.
Upstairs, three welcoming bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1: a 140x190 bed

- Bedroom 2: a 160x200 bed

- Bedroom 3: two 90x190 bunk beds

A second small living room upstairs, with a TV, reading and music corner, adds a touch of comfort.
Outside, the garden is an invitation to rest with its barbecue and garden furniture, perfect for outdoor meals by the stream or reading sessions lulled by the soothing sound of water and birds.
