Casa Lumnezia is a panoramic and bright rooftop apartment perfectly situated in the idyllic mountain village of Vignogn (Graubunden). It has 3 bedrooms with each an ensuite bathroom (two bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with two bunk beds). It has an open, modern and well equipped kitchen with all contemporary functionalities. Interior and terraces are furnished with timeless elegance, top quality and eye for details. It is classified by the official Swiss Tourism Federation with 5 ***** Superior. 
 
Casa Lumnezia is fully integrated in the local environment and is an example of sustainable mountain architecture. The apartment has a ventilation system (comfort ventilation) with heat recovery, heat pumps and highly insulated building walls. There is an optimal natural light from morning to evening with an incomparable view on the authentic and sheltered village of Vignogn, the Val Lumnezia valley and the mountains.

Casa Lumnezia is well-suited for families with kids. The ski lifts are only 2 km away and easy reachable by bus, bike and / or car. A ski slope stops in front of Casa Lumnezia. In summer, the peaceful and kids-friendly 'Badesee Davos Muntz' is within walking distance (1 km) from the apartment.
