Alles ist vorhanden, Balkon mit Stühlen und herrlichem Ausblick in die Harzer Bergwelt, neues Duschbad, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Elektroherd etc. Das Ferienapartment befindet sich in der ersten Etage und bietet ein Wohnzimmer mit Sitzecke, einen Essbereich und Sat.-TV inklusive DVD-Player. Auf Wunsch steht auch eine Garage zur Verfügung. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist die Therme "Heisser Brocken", mit traumhaften Saunawelten. Täglich werden bis zu 15 verschiedene Spezial-Aufgüsse von fachkundigem Personal liebevoll zelebriert. Weiter gibt es den Schwefel-Hexenzuber. Hier können Sie sich bei 36 Grad Wassertemperatur ganzjährig im Freibereich in 12% -igem Thermalsole-Schwefelwasser gesund baden - wie im Toten Meer. Skilifte und Loipen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, sie beginnen fast vor dem Haus. In Altenau gibt es den weltweit größten Kräuterpark mit heimischen und exotischen Kräutern, eine Gewürzpagode und ein Galerie Café - sehr zu empfehlen.
