Cosy one-room apartment with a balcony and a shared roof terrace, a swimming pool, a sauna and a table tennis room in the houseThis holiday apartment offers relaxing accommodation in the spa travemünde, opposite the Skandinavien-Kai, the most important ferry harbour in Europe. Your holiday paradise is at the gateway to the historical Hanseatic towns Lübeck, Hamburg and Rostock, surrounded by the sea, ideal for those who enjoy doing sweet nothing, those who like water, hiking or cycling.The 33m² apartment is on the third floor, which you can access conveniently by lift, and can accommodate two people. The centrepiece of this one-room apartment is the combined living room-bedroom with a dining table, cable TV and a sitting corner with a sofa bed. There are two comfortable fold-out cupboard beds 90cm wide. The ample kitchen is equipped with a two-ring hob, a sink, a fridge, a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and cookware for two people. The bathroom has a shower and WC. The apartment is heated with district heating. Wi-Fi works everywhere in the apartment. The house has a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.The apartment has direct access to a balcony with a view of the Trave estuary, which is obscured by trees in summer, but you can go right up to the roof terrace and enjoy a beautiful view from there over the bay, as well as sunbathe. A lawn surrounds the property and the apartment has its own parking space in front of the house.Live and relax is the motto of this holiday complex. A swimming pool, a sauna with a relaxation room and a table tennis room are available.There are shops and restaurants about 1.5km away. There are many recreational and trip possibilities nearby.

    “Die Lage ist gut, aber die Wohnung ist ein Saustall. Die Putzfrau gibt es wahrscheinlich nur zum abrechnen.”

    “Ich kann Ihnen versichern, dass nach jedem Aufenthalt eines Gastes eine Putzfrau die Wohnung säubert. Wir würden die Wohnung nie ungereinigt übergeben. Wir haben auch versucht mit dem Gast Kontakt aufzunehmen, damit wir in Erfahrung bringen, was genau ihn gestört hat, damit wir mit der Putzfrau darüber noch mal Rücksprache halten können. Leider war bisher eine Kontaktaufnahme erfolglos mit dem Gast.”

    “Die Ausstattung war lieblos und geschmacklos, veraltet und abgenutzt. Vieles zusammengestückelt. Die Schlafmöglichkeiten in zwei getrennten Schrankbetten ließen zu wünschen übrig. Entsetzlich war ein alter Kleiderschrank, die linke Tür war verschlossen, "privat". Einen Schlüssel für den Schrank gab es nicht, und darin war Putzzeug verstaut, Eimer, Schrubber, Putzlappen etc. Die Möbel sollten dringend erneuert werden und das Geschirr war teils beschmutzt!
