The apartment is located on the ground floor and is equipped with two double bedrooms, two shower bathrooms with toilet, a large living-dining area with a kitchen, satellite TV, floor heating, hot / cold air conditioning, a large terrace, and an outdoor shower.
Bed linen and towels are provided.

You can be in Can Picafort or Port d'Alcudia in about 10 minutes by car if you wish to go shopping and wander around. There are some shops nearby for basic needs. A car is recommended. Bus connections are in the immediate vicinity.

    “Die Wohnung hat alles parat, um sich von Anfang an wohl zu fühlen. Der Außenbereich ist für 3-4 Personen entspannt zu nutzen. Die Strandnähe bietet häufiger Bademöglichkeiten in Fußweite.

    Die Hauptstraße liegt in der Nähe und hält eine durchgehende, wenn auch nicht wirklich störende Geräuschkulisse parat.”

    “Vor Einzug der Gäste, war der Schalter eines Kochfeldes der Ceranplatte defekt. Einen Tag nach Einzug der Gäste, funktionierte ein zweiter Schalter nicht, das tut mir leid, aber es wurde von meiner Mitarbeiterin Abhilfe geschaffen, indem sie sofort eine 2fach Elektrokochplatte gekauft und den Gästen zur Verfügung gestellt hat. Ein Kundendienst für eine Reparatur, war in so kurzer Zeit, gerade in den Urlaubsmonaten auf Mallorca leider nicht möglich. Dass das Haus an der Hauptstraße liegt, stimmt nicht, es ist eine
    Nebenstraße- Sackgasse. Die Bemängelung über das Mobiliar kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, die Möbel haben einen Mallorcinischen Charakter und vor ca 2 Jahren wurde eine neue Küche eingebaut. Es hat sich in den langen Jahren bis jetzt noch kein Gast
    darüber beschwert. WLAN wird über eine Funknetz empfangen und ist für den normalen Gebrauch geeignet. Im kommendem Jahr werde ich versuchen die GB zu erhöhen.”

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist top ausgestattet. Die zwei Badezimmer sind in sehr gutem Zustand, die Wohnküche ist sehr groß und gemütlich. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße mit schön gelegenen Villen. Zum Traumstrand sind es nur ca. 3 Minuten. Sehr empfehlenswert! Ein Geschäft zum Einkaufen der alltäglichen Sachen ist zu Fuß nur ca. 1 Minute entfernt.”
