Umgeben von Pinien, eine kleine Oase des Friedens, das Ferienhaus Villa Es Pinar, bis zu 6 Personen, nur ca. 1600m zum naturgeschützten Strand S´Amarador, welcher neben Cala Mondragó ist, und nur wenige hundert Meter sind es bis zur Felsküste. Hübsche überdachte Terrasse für die Malzeiten, oder einfach zum Ruhen. Terrassen ums Haus, mit netten Pflanzbeeten und Bäumen. Barbecue (nur Kohle verwenden, wegen der Feuergefahr).



Ueber 3 Stufen erreicht man die überdachte Terrasse und den Hauseingang. Auf dem Grundstück von ca. 400m2, komplett eingezäunt, ist das gemütliche Ferienhaus ES PINAR, mit ca. 130m2 Wohnfläche:



Wohnzimmer mit Sofas, SAT-TV und Kamin. Küche komplett neu und eingerichtet mit: Vitro-Keramik, 4 Kochstellen, elektr. Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle. 3 Schlafzimmer, eins mit Doppelbett (150x190cm) und 2 mit je 2 Betten (90x190cm). Bad/WC. Zudem Dusche/WC draussen.

Reservierungen für Gruppen unter 25 Jahren sind nicht gestattet. Bei Nichtbeachtung dieser Regel wird der Einlass zum Check-in-Zeitpunkt nicht gestattet.



Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen vorhanden. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Mitten im schönen Naturpark S´Amarador bei Santanyi, in einer komplett ruhigen Zone, umgeben von Pinienbäumen, liegt die Finca Villa ES PINAR. Ungefähr 1600m vom Sandstrand von S´Amarador, und in der Nähe von Cala Mondragó. Das kleine pintoreske Dörfchen Cala Figuera ist nur wenige Autominuten entfernt, genauso wie Santanyi. Hier finden Sie alle möglichen Einkaufsgeschäfte, Supermärkte, Boutiquen und einige sehr gute Restaurants, sowohl mit einheimischer, wie auch mit internationaler Küche. Ebenfalls gibt es in Santanyi einen farbenfrohen Wochenmarkt.



Kapazität: max. 6 Personen plus Baby (bis 2 J./ Babybettchen und Hochstuhl auf Anfrage, gratis). - Haustiere nicht erwünscht.

    “Tolle Lage, sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft. Die Einrichtung ist sehr einfach. Die blauen Sessel auf der Terrasse haben wir vermisst, auch eine Sonnenliege wäre schön gewesen. Ansonsten kommen wir gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!”

    “Ett fint och prisvärt hus med fin miljö utomhus. Poolen är fantastisk, rymlig och med bra djup (sluttande från ca. 120-160 cm). Under vår vistelse var det väldigt varmt (34 grader) och utan AC blev framförallt nätterna extremt varma med endast en fläkt i respektive sovrum. Bra med diskmaskin och tvättmaskin. Väl utrustat kök och i övrigt trevligt möblerat och rent. Ingen trafik utanför som stör. Att ha egen bil rekommenderas.”
