Mediterranean atmosphere, extensive wellness facilities and a heated pool welcome you here. In this vacation home you have two comfortable apartments connected by outdoor stairs. For especially pleasant hours outdoors, a heated pool is available. Wonderful for lounging and relaxing inside as well as outside, because there is plenty of space. The surrounding property is very spacious.Enjoy wellness here with starry skies over the whirlpool, light effects, steam bath, Finnish sauna and infrared sauna, as well as with a wonderful cold water shower. You will spend your vacation in an ambience that is a mixture of modern and rustic elements and is an ideal vacation base for two families vacationing together. Near the house is the well-known resort of Rabac with many cafes and souvenir stores and a beautiful promenade. Next to the pool is a summer kitchen with barbecue. To be active you can play billiards, table tennis and darts. There is also a children's playroom. In the neighborhood you will find walking paths and a small forest, the forest belongs to the owner. A special feature is the golf course (driving range) with an area of 10,000 m², three covered teeing grounds pointing to the set targets and the accompanying golf equipment (bag, balls, clubs and stands). You can explore the surroundings with four bicycles at your disposal. The landlord will be happy to give you tips on where to get local products such as wine, liqueur and honey.
