This beautiful authentic wooden chalet for a maximum of 5 people is located in Mörtschach in Carinthia, high above the Mölltall, at an altitude of 1300 meters and offers a fantastic view!The chalet is very quietly located on the edge of the forest and has a cozy living/dining room with dining table, a small, well-equipped kitchen (with refrigerator, mini-oven and microwave), 2 bedrooms (one of which has an extra folding bed), a modern bathroom, balcony and garden with garden furniture. You can park directly at the chalet.The countless different hiking trails in this hiking area, which extend to an altitude of over 2500 meters, begin directly in front of the chalet. Directly from the town you can reach the Astental, which is perfect for various leisure activities such as hiking, mountaineering or mountain biking. In winter, Mörtschach is an ideal starting point for ski days in Heiligenblut, on the Mölltal Glacier or in the Lienz Dolomites.The small national park community of Mörtschach in the Astental is a very idyllic mountain village and, due to its central location between the three-thousanders of the Schober Group and the proximity to the Großglockner, is an ideal starting point for demanding climbing tours and various hiking and cycling routes.In summer, the Tauernbad in Mallnitz, the Oberdrauburg adventure swimming pool or the outdoor adventure pool in Winklern offer lots of swimming fun!

    “Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus äußerst wohl gefühlt! In fantastischer und ruhiger Aussichtslage gelegen, ist es dennoch sehr gut mit dem PKW zu erreichen. Ferner ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für vielfältige Wandertouren in der Umgebung. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und somit perfekt für Urlauber mit Hund. Das Chalet ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet (einen Fernseher bzw. WLAN haben wir zu keiner Zeit vermisst). Wir waren nicht das letzte Mal bei Euch!”

    “Das Haus liegt ganz oben auf dem Berg,..man ist wirklich für sich,...alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet. Die Schlafräume sind mit klassischer Bauernmalerei gestaltet. Einen Fernseher oder W-Lan gibt es hier nicht,...aber wer endlich mal vom stressigen Alltag entfliehen möchte ist hier genau richtig !!! Wir kommen aus der Großstadt (Dortmund) und haben die Ruhe total genossen,...waren sogar sehr traurig als wir wieder abreisen mussten,.... Auch unser Vierbeiner hat sich hier super wohl gefühlt und reichlich Auslauf bekommen,..”
