The houses offer stunning views of the surrounding area and are located near Laroya in the Almería Province, at an elevation of about 1200 meters. It is an ideal place for hiking, visiting the town of Macael, where marble is mined or just simply come and enjoy the peace and quiet.

One storey, 80m² holiday home. There are three bedrooms: two of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, the third bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The house was fully renovated and at the heart you will find the beautiful, rustic living room with a fireplace, a sofa, armchairs and a large dining table. It offers a fully equipped kitchen with a ceran stove, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a washing machine. The house has two bathrooms.
There are beautiful patios with outdoor furniture in front of, as well as behind the house. The house faces the pool.
