Baviscasa – ‘house by the stream’ with barrier-free apartments
Since 2012 we have been offering an additional four apartments in our newly build annex, only about 150 metres from the Hofgarten apartment house, offering three-room apartments that are completely barrier-free. The newly built house has a lift taking wheelchair users or those with restricted mobility safely to the attic storey.
The apartment measures 57-64m² for max. 5 persons, therefore suitable for families with children. All the apartments have modern amenities and have been classified as four-star by DTV. The apartment has two bedrooms each with a double bed, a living room with an integrated kitchen unit (four-ring ceramic hob, oven), a dining space and a cosy sitting corner with a pull-out sofa bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher. A washing machine, flat-screen satellite TV, hairdryer and Wi-Fi are also available.
There is a 10m² balcony/terrace with a view of greenery, as well as a parking space.
There is a very well-stocked Edeka market with an adjoining bakery 50 metres away. Doctors (GP, dentist, physiotherapist) and pharmacies are available locally. Our apartments are at the midst of Kaiserstuhl, in Vogtsburg, the Oberrotweil district. The Hofgarten holiday complex site is surrounded by a historical wall and borders the vineyards directly. It is only a few minutes’ walk to the Oberrotweil train station with connections to Breisach, Freiburg, Schwarzwald, Basel etc. Oberrotweil ahs some restaurants with good local cuisine, all within a 5 to 10-minute walk. In the neighbouring localities you can also find a wide range of gastronomy, including the starred gourmet temple Schwarzer Adler in Oberbergen. The Oberrotweil outdoor swimming pool and the idyllic lake Burkheim are a short distance away by car or bike. The world-famous leisure park Europepark Rust offers fun for all ages and is only about a 35-minute drive from us.
