Ferienhaus in Bensersiel mit Garten, Grill und Terrasse

Mein Ferienhaus „Roseneck“ steht auf einem ca. 250 qm großen Grundstück am Ortsrand des Nordseeheilbades Bensersiel in absolut ruhiger Lage. Kein Durchgangsverkehr. Den Strand und das Meer erreichen Sie zu Fuss in ca. 5 Minuten, ebenso das Zentrum von Bensersiel.



Die 55 qm Wohnfläche, teilen sich in ein Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbett. Ein Kleinkinderbett, Hochstuhl und Wickeltisch stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. In der Einbauküche finden Sie neben dem üblichen Geschirr (Töpfe, Kaffee- und Speiseservice, Besteck, usw.) selbstverständlich eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Toaster und einen Eierkocher. Ihre Speisen bereiten Sie auf einem Herd mit Ceranfeld und Backofen zu. Auch eine Mikrowelle und ein separater Wasserkocher stehen zu Ihrer Verfügung. Fernseher mit Satelitenanschluss, DVD-Player sowie eine Stereoanlage sind eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Eine Auswahl an DVD’s, sowie unsere Spielesammlung helfen Ihnen, den Urlaub kurzweilig zu gestalten. Ebenso das kostenlose W-Lan. Bettwäsche, Hand- und Badetücher werden von uns kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Im Bad finden Sie außer der Toilette noch eine Dusche und eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner.



Bei schönem Wetter sollten Sie unbedingt die Annehmlichkeiten der Terrasse nutzen (Gartenmöbel und Grill vorhanden), während sich die Kinder an den Spielmöglichkeiten (Kinderrutsche, Schaukel und Sandkasten) erfreuen können. Ein Bollerwagen steht ebenfalls kostenlos zur Verfügung. Ihr Auto stellen sie auf dem hauseigenen Stellplatz direkt vor dem Haus.



Sollte es ein mal regnen, besuchen Sie doch ganz einfach das Erlebnisbad „Sonneninsel“ oder das Vital-Aktiv-Center, die nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt sind.In Bennis Abenteuerland, dem kibi-Ferientreff oder dem Abenteuer Spielplatz direkt am Strand fühlt sich ihr Nachwuchs sicher wohl. Es ist für alle Alterklassen etwas dabei.


HINWEIS:

Zwischen Buchung und Anreise sollten bitte mindesten 3 Tage liegen. Ich möchte den mir selbst auferlegten Qualitätsstandard auch in ihrem Fall halten können.



Die nahe Nordsee lädt sie zum Baden oder einer Wattwanderung ein. Am Sandstrand können sie sich einfach hinlegen und relaxen oder mit ihren Kindern eine Sandburg bauen. Ausgedehnte Wanderungen auf dem Deich haben auch ihren Reiz. Wie wär es mit einer Radtour durch das flache Ostfriesland. Fahrradverleih ca. 200 m neben dem Haus. Ein besonderes Erlebnis für jung und alt bietet der Indoor-Spielplatz Klabautermann in Esens - 4 km entfernt.
