    “Wohnung sehr schön, ruhig und gut isoliert. Man hört den Nachbar nicht. Leider fehlt es noch an den Balkonmöbel damit man mal raussitzen könnte. Der Wirlpool und Sauna sind im Prospekt zum Nutzen angegeben, die Nutzung kostet allerdings zusätzlich 7.50 SFR pro Person, was sich leider im Nachhinein erst rausstellte. Die Nebenkosten kommen auch noch dazu pro Person 35 SFR und Stromkosten nochmals extra. Die Vermiterin gibt sich große Mühe. Es wäre sinnvoller diese gleich im Preis mit anzugeben damit man wüsste wie teuer die Wohnung tatsächlich ist, 197 Euro-305 Euro passt da leider nicht.”
