Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage am idyllischen Waldrand. Der Ort Stocking liegt ca. 4 km außerhalb von Waldkirchen im Bayerischen Wald auf einer kleinen Anhöhe. Unser Apartment ist ganz neu und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die FeWo II ist als sogenannte “Loft” im 1. Stock als Mansarde ausgebaut. Das heißt es befindet sich alles in einem großen Raum. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC ist selbstversändlich durch eine Glastüre vom Wohn-Schlafraum abgetrennt.
Das ca. 50 qm große Loft ist im minimalistischem Design eingerichtet. Nussabaum, weiß und grün gestalten den Raum sehr behaglich. 3 Fenster durchfluten den Raum mit Tageslicht. Die ideale Wohlfühloase für 2 Personen.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. Schwimmteich mit Liegewiese und Sandstrand sowie gemütliche Terasse mit Grillmöglichkeit. Stellplatz für PKW vorhanden! 300 qm² großes Wellness- und Kosmetikstudio mit Sauna und Outdoorpool direkt im Haus.
Wichtig: Aus Sicherheitsgründen müssen mitreisende Personen bitte mindestens 14 Jahre alt sein.
