Architecturally interesting and modern equipped vacation home. It is very quietly situated on a large, fenced nature plot in a forest and field rich environment. The elegantly furnished house has a two-sided fireplace that invites you to stay and two wardrobes. This house is well insulated and suitable for a vacation all year round. The chic kitchen is open to the spacious living room. All the furniture is harmoniously matched and creates a special ambience. In the cottage you can admire many original paintings by Polish artists from the 60s and 70s. There is underfloor heating in the modernly furnished bathroom. The huge property is well maintained and offers plenty of space for outdoor activities and in the surrounding area there is possibility of water sports or cycling. The garden is surrounded by beautiful trees. In the town hall you will find the tourist information and an ATM. Distance to the center of Nowe Warpno with church of XIV years and town hall of XVII years old is 3 KM. There along lake runs beautiful promenade with town beach and lookout point. Riding school is located 12 km further.

    “Ausstattung
    Die Ausstattung des Hauses war sehr gut. Alle Haushaltsgeräte sowie Teller, Tassen, Besteck usw. waren vorhanden.

    Lage
    Das Haus befindet sich hinter einem Waldstück und besticht durch seine ruhige Lage. Das Wasser liegt in 5-7 Gehminuten entfernt.

    Zustand
    Der Zustand des Hauses war sehr gepflegt.

    Sauberkeit
    Die Sauberkeit des Hauses war unbedenklich und es gab keine Beschwerden unserseits. Reinigungsmittel waren vor Ort.

    Preis
    Der Preis war für die Ausstattung und die Lage angemessen. In den Sommermonaten ist das Haus natürlich teurer. Die Nebenkosten werden extra berechnet. Jedoch halten sich die Kosten hierfür in Grenzen und sind erschwinglich.”

    “Das Haus mit allem drum und dran ist wirklich wunderschön und auf jeden Fall entspannend. Es ist sauber und gepflegt und alles ist da. Nur die Lage hat uns nicht so überzeugt, da es in einem Hauch von Nichts liegt und der "SEE" direkt nebenan, eher ein flaches, warmes Plaschbecken war, als das "Kühle Nass". Die Zufahrtsstrassen zu dem Haus sind eine Katastrophe und vernichten jede Entspannung.”

    “Ein Ferienhaus der Spitzenklasse. Sehr serh sauber, sehr sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet und alles vorhanden, was man in einer Ferienhausküche, auf einer Ferienhausterasse oder auf einem Ferienhausgrundstück hofft vorzufinden. Also: Feuerstelle, Grillplatz, Liegestühle/komplette Gartenmöbelkollektion etc. aus Holz Auflagen, Sonnenschirme, komplette Küchenausstattung mit edlen (und scharfen) Messern, Korkenzieher, komplettes Topfset, Auflaufformen, Schüsseln, Reisgarkörbchen aus Bast, Schneidebretter etc....DVD Player, Fernseher im Wohn/ und Schlafraum, Steckdosen und Lichtquellen an den richtigen Stellen... Wisch-, Spül-, Feg- und andere nützliche Utensilien, Geschirrspüler.... die Liste der positiven Überraschungen ist lang. Anreisen, Ankommen, Urlaub machen. Super!
    Umgebung ist super, wenn man Natur, Strand, Wald, Wiesen und absolute Stille mag. Nächstes Dorf mit Kiosk-ähnlicher Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist 3,5 km über Feldwege entfernt. Das Nötigste kann man dort kaufen (bis 22h) - mit Proviant anzureisen, empfiehlt sich meiner Meinung nach aber dennoch. Nächster großer Supermarkt ca. 30km entfernt.
    Das Haus ist krass gut isoliert. Auch Winterurlaub ist super möglich, wenn man weiß, wie man einen Kamin gut einheizt.... wenn nicht, dann bekommt man eine nette Einführung bei der Übergabe.
    Insgesamt wirklich ein spitzen Ferienhaus!”
