Six comfortable holiday apartments for families with children, the elderly and the disabled, in a building complex on the outskirts of the spa town

These are six modern and comfortable holiday apartments in a guesthouse complex in the Vogtland with its rich nature in the southernmost part of Saxony, near the Czech border and near the ski piste. The house is quietly situated on the edge of the town centre, which is within walking distance.

The two houses are next to each other on a shared site. The apartments are characterised by high-quality interiors that are antiallergenic and pet-free, for a comfortable stay. The ground floor comprises two barrier-free apartments, atraveo no. 439758 measuring 64m² for four people, and atraveo no. 899564 measuring 60m², for three guests. Apartment no. 439761 on the ground floor and upper floor measures 44m². The two apartments nos. 439757 and 889740 are on the upper floor, each measure 64m² and can each accommodate four guests. Then there is the attic apartment on the second floor, which can accommodate four guests within 60m² of living space.

The site has an extensive garden with a big playing landscape for children, a sandpit with toys, a swing and baby swing, table football, a football goal, a slide and a paddling pool. In the meantime parents can sit comfortable on the garden chairs under the parasol and watch the little ones playing. A grill is available, as well as a pushchair and a sledge. There is a parking space by the house.

The owners offer many services, such as a free change of hand and shower towels, a bread rolls and drinks delivery service, as well as advice and help for visits to doctors or the swimming and spa pools with many individual wellness treatment options. Children up to two years old can accompany their parents on holiday free of charge. A child’s bed, a highchair and a baby bath are available.

The spa town is known for its radon baths. There are swimming pools, restaurants and shops in the town centre awaiting your visit, 600-1000 metres away. Nature invites you to go on walks and in winter the ski piste 11km away will entice you.

Barrierefreie Ferienwohnung Bad Brambach

Herzlich willkommen in unserer neuen barrierefreien Nichtraucher-Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss! Diese wurde vom DTV aktuell mit 5 Sternen ausgezeichnet ! Unsere Gäste erwarten hier zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett und einem Schrank. Ein Bett ist mit einem elektrisch verstellbarem Lattenrost ausgestattet. Die Betten sind in Komforthöhe, um auch Senioren das Setzen und Aufstehen zu erleichtern. Das Bad ist mit Großraumdusche ohne Schwelle, rutschhemmendem Bodenbelag, unterfahrbarem Waschbecken, Duschstuhl und Haltegriffen, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Handtuchheizkörper, Fön und modernen Badmöbeln mit viel Stauraum ausgestattet. Die ganze Wohnung wird durch die Fußbodenheizung mit gemütlicher Wärme versorgt. An allen Fenstern sind Aussenrollos angebracht. Der gemütliche Wohnraum ist mit kompletter Einbauküche, allen erdenklichen Kochutensilien, reichlich Geschirr, einem großen Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen, einer kuscheligen Wohnlandschaft und nicht zuletzt einem 40"-Flat-Screen mit DVD-Player, Radio-CD-Anlage und Direktwahltelefon ausgestattet. WLAN per DSL inklusive! Spiele, Bücher, Umgebungskarten, Freizeittipps finden Sie ebenfalls vor.

    “Het was een mooi appartement. Lekker ruim en super netjes en schoon. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het huis is geschikt voor mindervaliden, alleen de omgeving is dat wat minder. De tuin heb ik niet gezien, omdat je dan bij een paadje omhoog moest klauteren. Ook de WiFi was niet echt top, dus even een filmpje streamen 's avonds ging erg lastig. Verder prima verblijf gehad.”
