    “Das Haupthaus ist in einem desolaten Zustand.

    - Schimmel im Dachboden
    - im Dachboden stand eine kleine Schale mit Getreide, ich denke mal, dass es ausgelegtes Gift war, weiß es aber nicht genau.
    - im Dachboden ist es nicht möglich aufrecht zu stehen
    - die Treppe zum Dachboden ist sehr sehr schmal
    - alle Matratzen im Haupthaus sind unzumutbar (Flecken und Ränder von was auch immer, einige hatten Lochfraß
    - die Küche ist alt, aber funktional
    - mehrfach ist die Sicherung durchgebrannt
    - kein Außenlicht
    - keine Toilette und Waschmöglichkeiten im Haupthaus
    - keine Kleiderschränke
    - im Dachboden keine Heizung , mussten die Stromheizung erstmal nach oben schleppen
    - der Kamin war sehr schön anzuschauen aber bedenklich , er wurde mit Draht zusammen gehalten, hat sehr gerust und das Ascherost war durch und kaum noch vorhanden
    - der sogenannte Anbau ist ein schlichter Baucontainer wo sich nicht mal die mühe gemacht worden ist ihn wohnlich zu gestalten
    - licht konnte nicht seperat geschaltet werden sprich hat jemand an der Tür das licht angemacht so brannte es auch im "Schlafzimmer" was sehr störend ist wenn man hinten schläft
    - die betten im Container waren sauber und neuwertig

    Mein Fazit für das Domizil ist nicht empfehlenswert, für eine reine Angelgruppe mag es aber reichen (die Boote waren für meinen Geschmack in einem guten Zustand und die Motoren liefen einwandfrei). Rettungswesten waren reichlich und in allen Größen vorhanden . Der Vermieter hat sich am Abreisetag weder sehen lassen noch hat er sich telefonisch gemeldet so das wir die Endbrechnung nicht vornehmen konnten .
