These holiday apartments (CDT013,CDT530 und CDT531) are situated in a family house and they can be rented together for more families or a group of friends travelling together. CDT530 has a spacious terrace with sea view. For refreshment from the summer heat there is a paddling pool for common use available. As the main busy road runs nearby, all important facilities are at your fingertips. We also recommend visiting the towns of Trogir and Split, which are good starting points for various excursions and have a wide offer of entertainment and historical attractions.

Pets are not allowed: Please not that pets are not allowed in this property, however, we cannot guaranty an allergy free property.

    “Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet und im Wesentlichen mit allem ausgestattet, was man als Selbstversorger braucht. Fernseher mit Satellitenfernsehen, WLAN vorhanden, Küche mit Mikrowelle, Herd und Backofen, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher ausgestattet. Eigentümer wohnen im selben Haus und sind sehr freundlich und haben uns am ersten Tag sogar per Auto kurz den Ort, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Strand gezeigt und Empfehlungen gegeben. Haus liegt in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens, war für unsere Kids und für meinen Mann die totale Faszination die Maschinen von so nah zu sehen. Nachts kaum Flugzeuggeräusche wahrnehmbar (ich glaube ab 22 Uhr sind gar keine mehr geflogen). Entfernung zum Strand leider länger als in der Beschreibung angegeben, nämlich 1,6 km zu Fuß in 15-20 Gehminuten erreichbar. Auf dem Weg (mit kleinem Umweg von ca. 200 m) liegt ein Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei und eine Fleischerei, sodass man den Einkauf gleich mit erledigen kann. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für diese Unterkunft ist gut. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr schön, auch schön angelegtes Grundstück.”

    “Wir haben die Wohnung mit 6 Personen für 2,5 Wochen im Juli 2013 gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden.
    Im Haushalt befindet sich alles, was man für den Urlaubsalltag benötigt. Das Objekt befindet sich ca. 1,2 Kilometer vom nächstgelegenen Strand entfernt. Wir haben jedoch verschiedene Strände getestet und sind immer mit dem Auto gefahren. Die Wohnung wurde komplett renoviert und entspricht einem guten mitteleuropäischen Zustand.

    Der Preis für die 2,5 Wochen ist aus unserer Sicht angemessen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und man kann sich auf Englisch verständigen. Alles in Allem entspricht das Objekt dem Internetinserat und wir empfehlen es gern weiter.”
