The house, a dignified property with two floors and a top facility is centrally located and directly on the Wadden Sea of Havneby. Stores, restaurants and the ferry to Sylt are close by. You also have the Enjoy Resorts Rømø with wellness, indoor pool, fitness and bowling alleys nearby. There is also a large play area for children. The area around the house has many playgrounds and little traffic. The terraces facing south and north are equipped with quality furniture. The kitchen-living room, the center of the house is furnished with a designer fireplace, B&O stereo and more nice things. A balcony is off the second floor living room.
