Country house with pool, in the hills of Orvieto

The country house is located in the municipality of Orvieto (ca. 10km from the historic centre), near to the border between Latium and Umbria, where you can breathe clean and fresh air even during hot summers.

The Country house has recently been restored and consists of three comfortable and inviting apartments: two studios for two and three people respectively and a two-room apartment with large living room and a bed room with double bed which disposes of a total of five sleeps. The buildings are located in the beautiful hills of Orvieto, where the landscape is dominated by vineyards and olive groves. Here, the homonymous wine “Orvieto Classico” and the appreciated olive oil DOP of Umbria are produced.

There is a swimming pool for common use, with hot shower, sun loungers and parasols. Guests are also allowed to use the barbecue, for example to prepare the excellent local products.
Guests can purchase local organic products (vegetables and fruit).

There are several towns nearby, as Bagnoreggio (10km), Montefiascone, the lake Bolsena (23km), the Mediterranean Sea (70km) with the beaches of Tarquinia and Montalto di Castro. Further Cities of Arts are nearby: Todi (30km), Perugia (70km) and Assisi (8km). In this part of Umbria there are important Etruscan sites.

Apartment with spacious living and furnished porch
The apartment has 65 m2. The apartment offers a spacious living room with a maximum of 5 sleeps. It features a fireplace and normal heating. The accommodation is equipped with a large living room furnished with a sofa (if needed, it’s convertible into a double bed) table and fully equipped kitchen and a fireplace. The comfortable bathroom has a shower.
The whole apartment is sheltered from sun and wind, thanks to a spacious, furnished porch, perfect for dinners and lunches in spring and summer.

    “Neben zwei weiteren Apartements in einem Nebengebäude bildete die von uns gemietete Wohnung das Erdgeschoss eines zweigeschossigen Hauses. Sehr angenehm schattig gelegen, mit hochwertigen Fenstertüren ausgestattet, deren notwendige Fliegengitter wirksam funktionieren, so dass in der Nacht ein Schlafen bei offenen Fenstern gut möglich ist. Die Einrichtung ist nicht immer brandneu, aber umfassend, hochwertig und sehr funktionell. Der in Sichtweite gelegene Pool ist für die Gesamtanlage großzügig bemessen und technisch topaktuell. Die Anlage liegt auf den Hügeln über dem Tal des Tiber mit weitem Blick und stetig leichtem Wind. Die Anfahrt ist bis zum Haus gut befestigt. Die persönliche Betreuung ist herzlich und unglaublich serviceorientiert.”
