Exclusiver Wellnessbereich im Erdgeschoss: Sauna, 6 Pers.-Whirlpool, Fitness-Geräte, Liegestühlen sowie Dusche. Die hochwertige Einrichtung, das besondere Design sowie die Geräumigkeit machen den hohen Wohnkomfort des Chalets aus. Top-Lage im Skigebiet Les Arcs - Paradiski -mit Skiabfahrt bis in Chaletnähe-, im Dörfchen La Millerette. Anschluß an das Gesamt-Skigebiet per 'Funiculaire'-Bergbahn. Zurück zum Chalet führen mehrere Skipisten. Der Hauptwohnraum im 1. OG mit der offenen Küche und Sitzecke ist um den offenen Kamin herum angeordnet. Zugang zum großen Balkon. Essbereich für 16 Personen. Auf dieser Etage befinden sich drei Doppelzimmer. Weiterer Wohnraum mit Kamin und gemütlicher Sofaecke im Obergeschoss. Außerdem sind auf dieser Etage drei Doppelzimmer. Zudem eine erhöhte Galerie mit gemütlicher Mezzanine und 2 Ausziehbetten für 4 Personen.

Im Chalet gibt es eine Indoor-Tischtennisplatte. Umweltfreundliches Geothermie-Heizsystem.



Etwa 150 m vom Chalet startet man ins Top-Skigebiet Les Arcs - Paradiski. Drei Skipisten -eine blaue und zwei rote- führen bis in Chaletnähe (~50 m). Gegenüber des Chalets, auf der anderen Straßenseite, befindet sich der Gratis-Übunglift 'La Millerette' (~50 m). Bäcker, Restaurants, Supermärkte gibt es im Tal-Städtchen Bourg-St.Maurice, ~7 km per Pkw, oder in Les Arcs 1600, ~4 km per Pkw. Dort findet man jeweils zahlreiche weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Freizeiteinrichtungen. Die Alternative zum Pkw ist jeweils die 'Funiculaire'-Bergbahn, Einstieg ~150 m vom Chalet. Das winzige, ehemalige Bauern-Dörfchen 'La Millerette' liegt am Hang oberhalb des Isère-Tals, mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die Beaufortin-Kette.
