This delightful holiday home is located in idyllic surroundings in an elevated position, meaning you can anjoy a spectacular panoramic view over the town of Split and the beautiful countryside of central Dalmatia. The house is made up of two seperate accommodation units connected by internal stairs. Each has 3 bedrooms for a total of 12 guests and is nicely furnished and well equipped with everything you might need during your holiday. In the pretty outdoor area garden, there is a swimming pool with beautiful panoramic view of the towns of Split, Solin, Trogir and the islands of central Dalmatia: Brac, Solta, Ciovo, Drvenik, Hvar, Vis and on sunny days also the Lastovo island. You will also find a children's play area and an outdoor dining set.

    “Das Haus ist für 12 Personen super ausgelegt. Die Zimmer sind jeweils Doppelzimmer, wobei sich 3 in der oberen und 3 in der unteren Etage befinden. Auf jeder Etage gibt es ein Bad mit Dusche/WC und eine Toilette. Ebenfalls sind auf jeder Etage 2 Couchs zu finden. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr umfangreich.

    Das Haus war sehr gepflegt und sauber. In jedem Zimmer lagen mehrere Handtücher bereit, Bettwäsche war ebenfalls vorhanden. Besonders gefallen hat uns der schöne und weite Ausblick über Solin und Split vom Balkon und der Terrasse. Sehr schön war auch der große Pool, der einen gepflegten Eindruck macht und auch in der einen Woche einmal gereinigt wurde.

    Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und spricht gutes Englisch. Bei Fragen war sie sehr aufgeschlossen und flexibel, wenn es um terminliche Fragen ging, wie den Auszug oder die Poolreinigung. Parkplätze waren für 4 kleinere bis mittlere Autos vorhanden.

    Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Solin vorhanden, allerdings nicht in unmittelbarer Laufweite. Die unmittelbare Umgebung des Hauses war nicht sehr ansprechend, da in der Gegend viele Bauruinen stehen, da hat das Ferienhaus allerdings sehr positiv heraus gestochen.
    Das Preisniveau in Kroatien hat sich inzwischen dem deutschen sehr angepasst.”
