The house was designed by the well-known Danish architect Ole Helweg. The house is located on Tosterön and on the beach of Lake Mälaren. You can reach the house by car. The large terrace has an open fireplace. In the kitchen there are two dishwashers, two refrigerators with freezer, deep fryer, coal barbecue and dining area. The large work area, the bar with stools and the open kitchen offer georgous lake view. The large balconies are covered and are located towards south in the direction of the lake. Wood burning stove is provided in the cottage which is situated by the lake. There is also a private jetty for swimming and a rowing boat. You can request the house owner for an electric engine. There is a ramp available on the property, with which you can easily bring your boat off the trailer into the water and back. In the lake you can fish for free. This holiday home is in a secluded location and the end of the beach promenade is surrounded by hills which are covered with oak wood. In an hour you can reach the attractions in Stockholm. It is 45 km to the Zoo in Eskilstuna and 35 km to the picturesque Mariefred. There is also a medieval castle Gripsholm.
