Holiday apartment for a holiday surrounded by the flair of the colourful town in the Harz region

Our holiday apartment is on the second floor of a renovated historical timber-framed house typical of the Wernigerode town centre. The apartment looks out towards the east to the south, from the formerly royal Palmenhaus at the Lustgarten towards the Wernigerode castle nestled romantically into the Harz mountains, as well as the St. Johannis church next door, the oldest church in Wernigerode.



The apartment has been extensively renovated and charmingly furnished, so staying here will be a pleasant experience. The 45m² apartment can accommodate a maximum of three adults and a child. The bedroom with a view towards the castle has a double bed and a full-sized third bed (adjustable sofa bed). A small stairway leads from the bedroom up to a romantic, open gallery bedroom (no door, not sufficient ceiling height for adults to stand) with a mattress and a little playing corner, which is popular among children. The big bedroom has satellite TV and a DVD player. The convenient kitchen with a dining space and a view of greenery is equipped with an oven, a fridge with freezer compartments, a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery and a radio. The cosy living room provides two leather sofas, a coffee table and satellite TV. The bathroom comprises a WC, shower cubicle, cupboard, mirror and hairdryer.



Parking is only possible on regularly parking spaces (chargeable).



Supplementary charges are included, except for the final cleaning and the spa tax, for which you receive the “Wernigerode ticket” in return, offering a range of price reductions for an astounding number of attractions as a guest in our beautiful town.



It is barely 10 minutes from the apartment to Breite Strasse, the most architecturally interesting shopping and strolling street in Wernigerode. It is about 15 minutes to the beautiful 500-year-old town hall, the interesting market square or the peaceful forest.

    “Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung bei Städtler wohlgefühlt und dort alles vorgefunden, was man für ein paar erholsame Urlaubstage braucht. Positiv: Gemütliche, sehr saubere Dachgeschosswohnung in einem alten Fachwerkhaus. Ruhige Lage am Rande des Ortskerns. Freundlicher Empfang und gute hilfreiche Informationen durch den Vermieter. Negativ: Es gibt ordnungsbedingt keinen PKW-Stellplatz. Kostenpflichtiges Parken in einem naheliegenden Parkhaus möglich.”
