    “In den Zimmern der Souterainwohnung wird nicht auf die Deckenbereiche geachtet. Hier sind teilweise noch Spinn- und Staubweben vorhanden. In der Hütte hing die Wäsche des Vermieters zum Trocknen. Die Kinderschaukel existiert laut Vermieter schon seit Jahren nicht mehr. Der Gartenbereich wirkt insgesamt etwas ungepflegt. Ein Zimmer riecht sehr feucht trotz intensiver Lüftung. Der Blick aus dem Terrassenfenster geht direkt auf die unbefestigte Straße.”
