This classic holiday home has a beautiful, partially covered patio. Relax by the fireplace and enjoy a pleasant holiday outdoors in the evening. The oven in the kitchen is a combi-oven with a microwave facility. Røsnæs is a beautiful rugged area and offers great views of the Great Belt Bridge. The peninsula is situated in the westernmost point in Kalundborg and is on Zealand, 110 km from Copenhagen. The sunshine is 100 hours more than the average for Denmark. The area is hilly and ideal for hiking, and you can see the island of Funen from here. The golf course with 18 holes is situated near this house. Do visit the pretty medieval town of Kalundborg with its narrow cobblestone streets and beautiful half-timbered houses. Go on a shopping spree or visit one of the many inviting restaurants. Admire the Vor Frue Church, the only church in Denmark which has 5 towers. Visit Reersø, the peninsula that has a small fishing port and offers leisure trips by boat. Take a 9 km round trip on the peninsula and explore this nature reserve with many rare animals and plants.

    “Ausstattung muss dringend repariert und überholt werden. Viel zu viele Krabbeltiere haben das Haus übernommen, alles hat geklebt, überall in den Ecken und an den Decken Spinnweben, wir haben jedes Geschirrteil vorher gewaschen, bevor wir es benutzt haben. Sah aus, wie seit Jahren nicht benutzt. Dusche und Klo sind in einem kleinen Raum, das Duschwasser fließt neben das Klo und nicht in den Ablauf.Türgriff und Armaturen außerdem kaputt. Die Hälfte des Grundstücks wurde verkauft, es hat ca 500qm und keine 1100qm, wie in der Beschreibung. Der Garten ist ziemlich verwildert. Man darf hier nicht zimperlich oder empfindlich sein. Auf dem verkauften Grundstück nebenan wurden Sägearbeiten in den letzten Tagen durchgeführt, wir sind einen Tag früher abgereist. Sonst aber eine sehr ruhige Lage. Am Strand gibt es nur Kies, aber einen Steg und die Möglichkeit zu Schwimmen. Gut war, die Waschmaschine, der Staubsauger und der kleine Backofen haben funktioniert.
