The newly built, luxurious and comfortable cottage of 290m2 with heated pool (36m2) and jacuzzi for 6 persons on a plot of 2000m2, in a quiet area Stokovci village, near the forest.
The basement with a size of about 60 m² consists of kettle, large room of 60m2, which are equipment for fitness, billiards, table tennis, electronic darts, table football, elliptical trainer and training equipment
The ground floor with a size of about 110 m² consists of a living room with flat screen TV and double sofa bed. It also has a separate bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower and bidet, flat screen, hairdryer and safe. A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee machine and dining area and adjoining bathroom with shower is also available.
On the top floor of approximately 100 m² are three bedrooms with private bathroom. The bedroom, which has a private terrace and views of the pool and the sea, has a double bed and a bathroom with bath, bidet and double sink, flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom with shower, bidet, flat screen. The third room has two single beds that can be connected, as well as a bathroom with shower, bidet, flat screen.
With the living and roof terrace of 40m2 with its own furniture offers relaxation and a view of the pool, the garden and the stairs to the pool. In the well-kept garden with quality garden furniture or on the covered terrace with barbecue you can enjoy your food.
This holiday home has three private parking spaces, two of which are covered, as well as two bicycles. For a change from everyday life, there is a Playstation or comfortable loungers next to the pool and simply read an interesting book or listen to the song of the birds and forget the stress and noise.
