We planned this ground floor' typical apartament since the rebuilt of our home, in 2011. It is composed by a furnished kitchen (oven, micro-waves, big fridge, 2 tables with chairs, garden area,...). Two medium size bedroom are convenient for couple, families and even group of friend who like great temperature and green scenario for their holidays... Calci is a small village very close to Pisa Intn. Airport (12 kms) and storical center town with its world famous Leaning Tower (Torre di Pisa). Seaside is only 25 kms far and several facilities will satisfy dynamic and sportsmen: running, mountain bike, horse riding and swimming in pool or in the wide Mare Tirreno. Calci is the perfect "homestay" to visit Florence and Siena (50 kms), San Giminiano and Volterra (35 kms) and Lucca (20 kms). Supermarket, post office, several restaurants, ice cream factory are glad to welcome you during your holiday in our pleasant area. We will be happy to welcome you in english or french language!

    “Heel leuk "cottage-achtig" huisje met twee slaapkamers, waarvan 1 met eigen badkamer. Heel gezellig ingericht. Geen eigen zitkamer (alleen een woonkeuken wat onder zomerse omstandigheden ook prima is wat ons betreft), TV en vaatwasser. WiFi is wel goed. Wij hebben er een leuke tijd gehad.

    Half uurtje rijden van het strand en kwartier van Pisa. Bezoek aan de bergen en het Nationaal Natuurhistorisch museum in Calci zijn aan te raden. Eigenaren Paola en Daniele zijn zeer aardig en behulpzaam.

    Een leuke verblijfplaats voor wie geen hoge eisen stelt aan het appartement maar juist een eenvoudig verblijf op een rustige plek aan de rand van het dorp met alles wat daar bij hoort kan waarderen.”

    “Leuke cottage achtige woning aan de rand van een dorp op 10km van Pisa. Erg sfeervol ingericht. Geen overdreven luxe zoals tv, airco en vaatwasser maar een koel en autentiek huisje. Erg aardige en behulpzame eigenaar Daniele die je veel weet te vertellen over de geschiedenis van de streek en wat er doen is in de regio mocht je dit nog niet weten. Zijn echtgenote Paola heeft met veel oog voor detail het huisje ingericht. Het was schoon en netjes, maar verwacht geen nieuwerwetse en modern inrichting. Juist het fantasievolle en niet ouderwetse sprak ons erg aan.”

    “- sehr romantische, aber auch zweckmäßige und saubere Wohnung im Country- Stil /Shabby -Chic- Stil mit eigenen Bildern der Vermieterin (Malerin) sowie einer kleinen schmalen Terrasse zum Sitzen, die in den gemeinsamen offenen Hof von 3 Häusern übergeht
    - sehr hilfsbereite, aufmerksame und freundliche Vermieter
    - urbane Umgebung in einem Bergdorf mit der dazu passenden Lebensweise, die das Vergessen des eigenen Alltags ermöglicht und wirklich zur Erholung führt
    - der uns begleitende Hund konnte sich frei bewegen
    - unendlich viel Ruhe mit dem morgendlichen Hahnenschrei und gelegentlichen Eselsrufen”
