The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet location. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and fire place.

The landlord lives only temporarily. The access goes directly from the main road (rubble or gravel, length 20 m). In winter there are snow chains recommended. Parking lot (for 4 cars) in the carport and on the property.
