    “+ Die Lage und Größe der Wohnung ist optimal für einen Urlaub zum Entspannen. Das Haus liegt weit ab von anderen Ortschaften oder Häusern, nach Otterndorf sind es aber nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto.
    + Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat alles persönlich gezeigt.
    + Die Zimmer verfügen teilweise über Infrarotheizungen mit Thermostat, bei denen sich die Wunschtemperatur einstellen lässt.
    + Dass die Wohnung über 2 Badezimmer verfügt, ist optimal wenn man mit mehreren Personen reist.
    + Wohnung verfügt über eigenen Grill im Garten sowie Gartenmöbel, auch der Wintergarten kann genutzt werden.

    - Leider hat der Herd nicht einwandfrei funktioniert, dieser sollte aber laut Auskunft des Vermieters nach unserer Abreise ausgetauscht werden. Er wurde erst von uns darauf aufmerksam gemacht.
    - Wir (selbst Ferienwohnungsbesitzer) empfanden es als ungewöhnlich, dass alles einzeln vor Ort bezahlt werden muss (Bettwäsche pro Person, WLAN-Zugang pro Gerät). (Bei uns und generell in unserer Region ist meist alles im Preis inbegriffen)
    - Der WLAN-Zugang hat leider wohl wegen einer technischen Störung auch nicht richtig funktioniert, das Geld gab es nicht zurück.
    - Im oberen Bad gab es auch leider keine Heizung.
