Apartment in Centro with Private Parking

The apartment is located on the second floor of the luxury apartment complex Nortico 5 (5*****).

The apartment offers a living room, an open spaced kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sitting area and satellite TV HD. The open spaced kitchen is equipped with an electric stove with an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator/freezer combo, a kettle, a coffee maker and more. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a 180 x 200 cm double bed and the second bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm French bed. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

Air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board and an iron, a blow dryer and free wireless internet access are all available. The building does have a panorama elevator. Private parking is available in the basement.

The apartment boasts a large balcony and a direct staircase to the private roof terrace.

The apartment offers a quiet location, only about five minutes on foot from the beach and the boardwalk and fifteen minutes from the centre of town. A large supermarket can be found after about 100 meters.

For a stay of longer than two weeks, we maximally charge for two weeks/person for bedding and towels. For long term stays during the winter months, we provide additional bedding that you launder yourself.

    “Angenehme Ferienwohnung (2. Stock), alles notwendige vorhanden (Küchenausstattung, deutsches Sat-TV, Safe), voll klimatisiert, eine Terasse ist vorhanden (Nordseite - sehr angenehm, da keine direkte Sonne bei 35 Grad), eine große Sonnenterasse auf dem Dach mit Liegestühlen, Schirm und Dusche ist vorhanden, Tiefgaragenparkplatz ist für Pkw bis 4,80m mit etwas Aufwand (viele Lenkeinschläge, da sehr eng gebaut) gut nutzbar, da auch nur wenige Straßenparkplätze vorhanden sind, Supermarkt ist in 150m Entfernung gut zu Fuß erreichbar, die Umgebung ist aufgrund der Lage (Wohngebiet) etwas laut und die Wohnung an sich ist etwas hellhörig,”
