Courtyard oriented apartment, just a 5 minute walk from “Westbahnhof” and famous viennese shopping street Mariahilferstrasse
This apartment is situated near the underground stop “Westbahnhof” (lines U3/U6) the most famous viennese shopping street Mariahilferstrasse.
This apartment has a living space of nearly 50 m² and is situated in the second floor in an apartment building with elevator. It can accommodate up to 3 persons.

Loud music and noise is not allowed after 10 p.m. couse you´ve neighbours in the building. Please keep the flat so cleaned as you found it at the beginning, you are not been charged for cleaning services. The apartment is a non smoking apartment, still you can smoke in the kitchen when you close the door and open the window.
It´s the perfect starting point for all your journeys in the middle of the city. Culture, concerts, theatre, opera, sightseeing, shopping,
or even a visit in one of the old famous viennese coffeehouses or classical taverns, a drink at a chic cocktailbar around the corner, or visit one of the hottest clubs in town. Most locations are only a short walk away, also you can do a small ride by bike
or take the underground if you like. There are various options of public transport (airport transfer bus, train lines to Salzburg, Switzerland, etc.) and many trams and bus connections to reach all the parts of Vienna.

20% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 61st day prior to arrival
50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
