This large house offers plenty of space and comfort for up to ten people. With its three bathrooms and 5 bedrooms, it is ideal for groups or families traveling together. The sauna, a small whirlpool, dishwasher, washing machine and a great panoramic view promise a particularly relaxing vacation. The terrace opens onto a spacious, open natural plot and has a barbecue and garden furniture. Of course, families are also catered for: a crib, high chair and changing table make caring for the little ones a breeze.

At the house, above the site, there are three parking spaces for you; to the house itself for a walkway. Due to the partly quite steep slope and the footpath to the house, it is not necessarily suitable for people with walking difficulties. The house is perfectly equipped for winter vacations: in the anteroom you can store and dry your ski equipment, in the sauna you can warm up your tired muscles after an exciting day of skiing and then relax in front of the fireplace.

With the Matthias-Schmidt-Berg and the Sonnenberg, two of the most snow-sure skiing areas of the Upper Harz are located in the immediate vicinity of the vacation home. Here you will find slopes of all levels of difficulty for skiers and snowboarders. Thanks to a modern snowmaking system and professional slope preparation, ideal skiing conditions are ensured. Of course, in the winter sports resort of Sankt Andreasberg there are also several specialized stores that offer rental of ski equipment, toboggans and skates.

Of course, Sankt Andreasberg also has a well-developed, 44km long network of cross-country skiing trails for cross-country skiing enthusiasts with easy, medium and difficult tracks. Some of the circular trails lead directly along the vacation home village, so you can literally start right outside the front door.

As a special attraction, Sankt Andreasberg can boast a snow tubing track, which guarantees huge fun and thrills for children and adults as they hurtle down a groomed hill on large tires. There is also a tobogganing area here, which can also be used in the evening under floodlights. The romantic valleys and idyllic heights can also be explored on one of the many winter hikes with or without snowshoes that are offered in the village.

Also in summer, Saint Andresberg offers countless sports but also recreational opportunities: nearby there is a long summer toboggan run and the longest continuous mountain bike trail in Europe. White water trails are also close by. If you like it a little quieter, you can of course explore the beautiful Harz National Park on one of the many hiking trails. Be it the traditional cow drive in June, the wild Walpurgis Night on April 30th or the famous deer calling world championships in September - there is always something going on here.

The vacation park is car-free - to each object belongs a parking lot, which is located above the facility. The way from the parking lot to the cottage must be walked.
