Apartment near the beach with a roofed terrace and a garden

This detached house is just 300 metres from the beach, in the small and quiet, but interesting village of Fažana. It is just five kilometres to the Istrian town of Pula.

This apartment is on the ground floor and measures 80m². It consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a kitchen, a dining room and a modern and spacious living room. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has a double bed and one sofa bed. The bathroom provides a shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. You can use the washing machine at no additional charge. This apartment also has a separate WC. The kitchen is separate from the dining room and is fully equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer compartment and stove with four rings (two of which are gas). The living room is adjacent to the dining room and has a sofa bed for two people and satellite TV. The apartment has heating and air conditioning.

Outside there is a terrace that is completely roofed, with a table, two benches and two sun loungers. You can sunbathe or relax and read a book on the green lawn in front of the terrace. A parking space is available directly on site.

The house offers two apartments and is therefore suitable for two families who would like to spend their holiday together. The other apartment is on the second floor. The owner lives on the first floor and is happy to assist with any queries. Free Internet access is available. Pets are not allowed. The owner offers a free shuttle service to and from the airport.

The house is ideally located, near the beach and the centre of town, and therefore everything that you need on your holiday is within 300 metres (supermarket, bank, post office, restaurants, café-bars, travel bureaux). We recommend that you visit Brijuni National Park, with its safari park and beautiful nature. It can only be accessed from the harbour in Fažana. You should definitely visit places such as Pula (5km) or Rovinj (25km), as well as the local festivities that take place here almost every evening during the summer season (from June to September).

    “Die Gast Geber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit .Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Appartement sehr
    genossen. Das Appartement selbst ist sehr Groß und Liebevoll eingerichtet wir fühlten uns vom ersten Tag wie zu Hause an . Alles war sehr sauber fehlte es an nichts , zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein und Bier ,sogar wahren wir mit selbst gebackenem Kuchen beglückt .Wir möchten uns bei Fam.     “Wir möchten uns für den tollen Aufenthalt bedanken und senden viele Grüße aus Berlin nach Fazana.
    Die FeWo ist super ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die sympathischen Gastgeber wohnen im selben Haus und unterstützen wo es nur geht, Ausflugstipps etc. 5 MIn. Fußweg bis zum Meer, perfekt auch mit Kindern. Es gab auch kühle Getränke bei Ankunft im Kühlschrank. Auch die Nutzung von Fahrrädern wurde uns angeboten.

    Wir waren eine Woche hier und hatten nach den 7 Nächten den Wunsch noch eine Woche dran zu hängen.
    Wir können die FeWo nur empfehlen.”

    “Der Vermieter und seine Familie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche selbstgemachten Wein und Obst.
    Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Ruhige Lage.
    Wir waren 5 Personen + Hund und hatten genug Platz.

    “Sehr schöne Terrasse mit großzügigen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Sehr saubere Wohnung, mit Platz für mindestens vier Personen. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die uns mit landestypischen Produkten in Form von Gebäck und Getränken versorgt haben. Ruhige und gute Lage zum Strand - in 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Wir waren zu viert und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.”
