The property is located in a holiday home area, in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the water. For sole use are available: children's playground and swing.

Split. The holiday apartement is located on a open garden plot with meadow, bushes and trees. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The apartment has a direct view of the sea, the nearby beach and the marina, is located in a quiet part of town, near the sandy beach Firule, tennis courts and excellent restaurants. Diocletian's Palace, the port and the bus station are only a 10-minute walk away. The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 15 m). Parking lot on the street in front of the house and a parking lot in the village (distance 10 m).
