Welcome to the former country estate, idyllically located in the rolling hills of Umbria. It offers plenty of space for a large family vacation or for several families who want to vacation together, but still maintain their individual privacy. The many long tables invite you to share meals, play board games and socialize, but there are also plenty of little nooks and crannies to retreat to when you need to. The wooden ceilings and original details give the house its special charm.

Set the table for breakfast on the terrace and enjoy the first rays of the sun while you talk about the day. You may want to relax in the garden, where the children can play and romp around, or you may want to spend the day enjoying yourself in the large swimming pool. Around the pool there is plenty of opportunity to relax on the sun loungers and soak up the sun. End the day with a wonderful barbecue with fresh local produce while enjoying the view of the Tiber Valley.

Visit the worth seeing Tuscan and Umbrian towns in the area. From the house it is about 20 km to Città di Castello, 30 km to Cortona, 50 km to Arezzo and Perugia. If you want to explore the area on horseback, you can ride nearby. Trestina with stores, restaurant and train station (train to Perugia) is just a short drive away and is also worth a visit.
