When booking at the price for 12 persons not available: the 2 bedrooms and 2 showers / WCs downstairs (unheated) connected externally to the house. In the winter period the house can be booked only for 12 people. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 900 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises.
