Lovely Holiday House in Husen with Terrace and Garden and Fantastic View

This spacious, comfortable and comfortably furnished holiday house is in a generously laid out holiday park. It is in the beautiful Teutoburger Wald, Sauerland and Eggegebirge area. The house affords a fantastic view and is suitable for a maximum of four people. If you would like to enjoy a holiday, get away for a while or are looking for peace and quiet, then this house is the answer.



The house provides a hallway, a bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin, a cosy living room with a sitting corner, a dining corner, a radio with a CD player and a TV with a DVD player. The satellite dish can receive most Dutch TV channels. The house has central heating. There are two bedrooms with a total of four single beds (90 x 200cm). Plenty of bed linen is available and can be ordered.



The terrace faces south and affords a view of the valley and the village of Husen, as it is free of trees and bushes. The house is suitable for allergy sufferers, so no pets are allowed. It is possible to hire e-bikes by the day or week for a fee.



It is possible to rent e-bikes, per day or week, for a fee.



There are plenty of cycle paths in the area, suitable also for e-bikes. The town of Paderborn is easily accessible by bicycle. There is much to see in the area including castles and fortresses. The area also lends itself well to day trips. It is also a great hiking area.

    “Prima en mooie ligging met mooi uitzicht. Het interieur is eenvoudig, maar goed genoeg om je vakantie erin door te brengen. Badkamer is onlangs gemoderniseerd. Alle Nederlandse tv zenders zijn via de schotel te zien, wat niet veel gebeurt in andere Duitse huisjes, waarin wij hebben gezeten.

    Wat volgens ons niet in de beschrijving op internet voorkomt is een vaatwasser, maar deze zit wel degelijk ingebouwd.

    Het huisje is prima schoon gemaakt, al kun je natuurlijk altijd wel wat vinden, maar dat heb je thuis ook. De gratis Wifi werkt uitstekend. Een pluspunt waard.

    Wat wellicht niet een overbodige luxe kan zijn, het aanbrengen van een zonnescherm. Wij hebben er met een buiten temperatuur gezeten van 30 graden of meer en dan wordt het binnen al gauw 28 graden, ondanks dat je de gordijnen dicht doet. De warmte is dan immers al binnen.

    Kortom het is prima te vertoeven.”
