This holiday house is the last unit of a townhouse and has a separate entrance. The owner lives in the building, as well. A quiet holiday home in the countryside, ideal for holiday makers looking for peace and quiet.
The house was renovated in 2005 and can accommodate four to five people. It boasts a bathroom with a shower and a toilet, two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds (140 cm) and two single beds (90 cm) + two beds in the hall. Both rooms have a television. An additional single bed (90cm) is available for a child. The kitchen is furnished with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker and a kettle and a small dining table.
The house has a patio, surrounded by trees, offering welcome shade. It is furnished with a barbecue, outdoor furniture and sun loungers. An enclosed parking space is available.
It is about two kilometres to the closest sandy beach and the ocean and 900 meters to the nearest supermarket.
