There is pergola in front of the house equipped with table, chairs and barbeque; there is 1 service room with washing machine, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet with external access. The 1000 sqm sized garden has lovely meadow, olive trees and many flowers. Sunbath on the deckchairs, sun-umbrella also at your disposal. Parking within the grounds.
