Ruhig gelegenes Haus mit Privatpool im Cabañeros Nationalpark

Das Haus liegt in Navas de Estena, einem kleinen Dorf mit 400 Einwohnern im Zentrum einer Region, genannt der Montes de Toledo, in einem Gebiet, das bis ins 19. Jahrhundert zur Stadt Toledo gehörte.



Das Haus kann bis zu vier Personen in zwei Schlafzimmern auf einer Wohnfläche von ungefähr 100 m² unterbringen. Das Haus ist einfach aber dennoch gemütlich eingerichtet. Im Wohnbereich gibt es eine bequeme Sitzgarnitur mit Couchtisch und einen Kamin. Heizung und Klimaanlage sorgen jederzeit für ein angenehmes Wohnklima. Das Haus verfügt über zwei sehr moderne Badezimmer. Die komplett ausgestattete Küche ist mit den modernsten Küchengeräten wie Cerankochfeld, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und vieles mehr bestückt. Esstisch und Stühle befinden sich in der Küche, die durch die großen Fenster auch sehr hell ist. Vom Haus haben Sie einen tollen Blick auf das umliegende Naturschutzgebiet.



Eine fünfte und sechste Person kann auf einer Schlafcouch untergebracht werden. Klappbetten können auch bereit gestellt werden. Es sind keine Haustiere erlaubt.



Navas de Estena ist ein ruhiges Dorf mit fünf Bars, vier Restaurants und drei kleinen Lebensmittelgeschäften. Alle Einrichtungen sind nach 300 Meter zu erreichen. Es gibt auch ein Schwimmbad in 500 Meter Entfernung. Der Ort liegt in einem Naturpark, dem Parque Nacional de Cabañeros mit einer Vielzahl interesanter Landschaften und eine artenreiche Flora und Fauna. Bis nach Toledo sind es ca. 75 Kilometer. Weitere 75 Kilometer bis nach Madrid. Die Gegend ist sehr beliebt für die gute Qualität von Fleisch und der Zubereitung. Käse, Oliven, Wein, Honig und viele andere Dinge können Sie hier probieren und kaufen.
