This apartment is in one of the most attractive parts of this holiday area and very close to the beach and other amenities.

The apartment provides 80m² of living space for up to four people. It is very spacious, light and inviting and has two bedrooms with double beds. The living room features quality furniture, a fireplace and satellite TV. From here you can access a balcony and you can look out towards the sea from the living room. The kitchen is fully-equipped and has an oven, gas stove, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher. There is also a dining table for four people in the kitchen. One bathroom has a shower and the other has a bath. The apartment is especially suitable for families or two acquainted couples.

There are four balconies in total, of which two have a sea view. The garden has a small and a large swimming pool.

The apartment is near the beach and shops, restaurants and cafés. Despite the central location it is very quiet here. Sao Martinho do Porto is a sleepy little village on the Portuguese coast. There are some holiday homes here with Portuguese owners. The old summer residence of the royal family is also in the neighbourhood.

    “5 Punkte von 5, da eine sehr schöne Wohnung, mit 4 Balkonen im 4. Stock, vollkommen wundervollem, unverbautem Blick über die gesamte Bucht mit Strand und Ort, mit sauberem und gut gepflegtem Pool.
    Die Lage im Ort ist perfekt: Man kann über in den Ort hinweg schauen, ist aber binnen 3 Minuten direkt im Ortskern, an der Tourismus-Info, an den Restaurants, am Markt und AM STRAND ankommt - per Aufzug oder zu Fuß. Und dennoch "guckt einem niemand in die Wohnung", man hat etwas Abstand zum Trubel, aber kann die Lebhaftigkeit immer sehen.”

    “Ausstattung gut. Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass kein SAT-TV zu Verfügung stand. Auch auf Nachfrage wurde hier nicht weitergeholfen. Die Kopfkissen sollten ausgetauscht bzw. einer gründlichen Reinigung unterzogen werden. Empfehlenswert ist, die Wohnung vorher zu lüften, da sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit vorhanden war. Die Lage der Wohnung und die Anlage einfach toll!!! Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.”
