Four holiday homes in a gorgeous natural setting; ideal for a varied and relaxing holiday, seminars or groups
The complex consists of four adjacent holiday homes, imbedded in a setting of meadows and forests and offers amazing views over the nearby mountains. The spacious 44 hectare property houses the holiday homes, as well as the ruins of an old manor home, developed by the Cathar people. It is located at the foothills of the Pyrenees, southwest of Carcassonne in the inland of the Languedoc-Roussillon.
The complex consists of one larger and three small holiday homes, each of which offers many amenities for a relaxing holiday. The houses can be rented individually or as a group. This makes this property appealing for family vacations, as well as seminars, holidays for a sport team or a company, workshops in a natural setting and generally for everybody who is looking for a little piece of heaven. The houses are 80 to 240 m² in size and consist of a spacious living room with a radio/television, wireless internet access and a modern, fully furnished kitchen, two to four bedrooms (each with a private en suite bathroom with a shower, bathtub and a toilet), a private patio, guest toilet, laundry room and heating. The vicinity offers many beautiful options for day trips - during summer, as well as during the winter months. Enjoy the clear waters and boat rental (11km) or the Mediterranean beaches within an hour's drive. Hungry for culture? Head to Mirepoix (20km) or Limoux (23km) for the carnival. Auf einem weitläufigen Grundstück von 44 ha entstand hier aus den Ruinen eines alten Bauerngutes eine Gruppe von 4 herrlichen Ferienhäusern, eingebettet in eine Landschaft von Wiesen und Wäldern und mit einem fantastischen Blick auf die nahen Berge.
Die Häuser können einzeln oder en bloc gemietet werden (Gruppen von bis zu 20 Personen, Preis auf Anfrage)

(Die kleineren Häuser sind etwa 150 m² groß.) Alle verfügen über ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Radio/TV, Wifi-Internet und moderne, voll eingerichtete Küchen, 2 bis 4 Schlafzimmer (jeweils mit Dusche, Bad und WC), eigene Terrasse, Gäste-WC, Waschmaschinenraum und Heizung.
Das Ferienhaus Syrah hat ein sehr grosses Wohnzimmer mit anliegender Küche (zwei Kochplatten, zwei Öfen, zwei Kühlschränke), Mehrere Tische bieten Platz an 10 bis 20 Personen.

Grosse Terrasse, begrenzt von grünen Hecken sodaß man hier für sich ist. Aussicht über Wald, Wiesen und Berge. Mehrere Tische, Stühle und Liegen sowie Barbecues sind vorhanden.
Wer absolute Ruhe mag, wird sich hier richtig wohlfühlen. Zum nächsten Ort sind es trotzdem nur etwa 10 Minuten fahren (Bäcker, Bank, Metzger, Lebensmittelladen und Restaurants).
Wer lange Spaziergänge in traumhafter Umgebung genießen möchte, ist in ´La Flotte` genauso gut aufgehoben wie Wassersportler, Wanderer, Naturfreunde und Pferdenarren. Mountainbiker und Freunde des Motorsports lieben die Serpentinen des Col de la Flotte und der umliegenden Bergstraßen. Der nahe Lac Montbel lädt mit kristallklarem Wasser zum Schwimmen ein, Gebirgsbäche zum Wildwasser-Rafting. Und wer das Mittelmeer liebt, kann sich innerhalb einer guten Stunde in die Wellen stürzen.
